If you have to ask, it probably is.
The women who are meant to be here don’t feel confusion, they feel recognition.
You have been watching.
You have been observing.
You’ve felt the pull more than once.
This isn’t about whether you’re right for this pilgrimage, it is about whether you’re ready to stop holding back the LeadHER you already are.
You are leading, and you are also carrying. This Pilgrimage isn’t about teaching you to lead. It is about restoring you so that your leadership of your life and work becomes clean, undivided, and embodied.
Right now, you may lead from strength, and still you feel depleted. You may hold others but are rarely held yourself.
I am inviting you to be held.
Sometimes the woman you are becoming cannot fully emerge in the environment where you are already known. You are leaned upon there, needed there, expected there.
To remember more of HER, you need space where no one is pulling at you.
France is not an escape, it is a threshold, when you step onto sacred land, something ancient in you wakes up.
And when you return home, you return changed yet more of yourself than ever before.
You will and that is exactly why you belong.
The women I work with are the strong ones. The dependable ones, the ones who understand what is needed with out it being spoken.
know this … even pillars need restoring.
You will not be forced to collapse.
You will not be asked to perform vulnerability.
You will be invited to soften.
To be supported.
To experience what it feels like not to be the one holding everything.
That alone changes a woman.
It will and you are ready.
You would not feel the pull on your nervous system and soul were not prepared for the expansion.
Initiation does not overwhelm the women it is aligned for, it strengthens her.
There is nothing reckless or impulsive about the YES you feel, you know it is threshold moment that you are already standing at.
You step into a room of women who are also ready.
You soften.
You are restored.
You remember parts of yourself you’ve been compartmentalising.
And then you return home clearer.
Stronger
Clamer
Undivided
Your LeadHERship shifts.
Your standards rise.
The women around you feel it.
And you no longer question whether you are meant for more.
Because you will know and life will respond as such.
You feel the spilt.
Between who you are at home and who you are at work.
Between the strong one and the soft one.
Between the leadHER and the woman that longs to be held.
You have outgrown shrinking to stay relatable.
You have outgrown over-giving to feel worthy.
You have outgrown pretending you don’y know what you know.
This pilgrimage is for the woman ready to become undivided.
To stop performing leadHERship in life, work and love and to really begin to embody it.
There comes a moment when staying where you are keeps you fragmented.
When the land you know no longer mirrors the woman you are becoming.
And you feel this in your bones … “I need to step off my homeland and not soul land else where for a moment or longer.”
Not to escape.
Only to Remember.

The Black Madonna.
Ancient stones that have held women before us.
We will begin in Toulouse, grounding, walking and remembering SHE who lives in us. Then we will journey to Les Contes, where sacred LeadHERship is not taught, it is initiated.
This is not tourism, not girls trip, it is THRESHOLD work. a TRESHOLD we walk together.

You are trusted with other peoples stories.
You hold space naturally.
You understand what is happening beneath the surface.
You rarely communicate when you are overwhelmed.
You know in your bones you are meant for more and in this moment you know you do not need permission … you need the courage to say what you already know.
The waiting is over
The YES is ready.
I am here for the woman who feels the depth of who she is and knows she is no longer willing to live or lead from a place that feels divided within herself.
I am not here to fix you.
I am not here to give you more to do.
I am here to meet you at the level where your inner truth and your lived experience begin to come back into alignment.
My work brings together what many women experience as separate — the intuitive and the grounded, the unseen and the embodied, the divine and the human. Not as ideas, but as something you can feel, hold, and live from.
I guide you into a way of being where your awareness is not something you access occasionally it becomes what informs how you move, how you lead, and how you hold yourself and others.
I do not rush the process.
I do not bypass what is real.
And I do not build dependency.
I hold a space where you are met properly where what is ready to shift can move, and what is true can stabilise.
This work is not about becoming more.
It is about becoming coherent in what is already there.
