Stop Trying to Outrun Your Human Experience

The deeper my spiritual awareness grew, the more I realised—this path isn’t about escaping life, it’s about fully living it.

Most people are trying to outrun their own humanity, chasing enlightenment like it’s something out there, when really, it’s right here. In the ordinary. In the uncomfortable. In the raw, unfiltered reality of being alive.

Your soul doesn’t care how much cacao you drink. It doesn’t care how many women’s circles you attend or how many spiritual books you’ve read.

What it does care about is depth.

The depth of your connection—to yourself, to others, to this life you are intertwined with.

It cares about whether you show up with an open heart or a closed one.
It cares about whether you’re present in the mess or pretending it’s not there.
It cares about whether you’re willing to face your own reflections or just gathering more tools to avoid them.

Your soul is beyond perfection and performance. It doesn’t need things to look a certain way. It finds beauty in what we judge as chaotic.

You cannot outrun your human experience. So stop trying to.

Feel it.
Breathe through it.
Meet yourself in it.

Because this—the real, messy, tender, and raw—this is where the gold is.

Reflections to Sit With:

✨ Where in my life am I trying to perform spirituality instead of actually living it?
✨ What parts of my human experience am I resisting, and why?
✨ How can I deepen my connection to myself in the everyday moments, not just the sacred ones?
✨ What would change if I stopped trying to fix or perfect myself, and instead allowed myself to just be?

In Devotion always
